My memory about it is hazy. You can upgrade the nodes on stat-skill grid. Initial lv is 100% but upgrade cost more points, could fail and have time cooldown.

I reach 99,3% relic and 99% event at 140h but 50h later I still didnt find the frigging last event to complete.
