To unlock this, you need to wander around the upper area of Casanavi. I think it was top of bread and sausage guy. If I remember right, first turn left from the entrance, then go straight up.

Since I played Adventure Bar Story, my guess is that it's level 99 or 100? I'm hoping it doesn't go beyond three digits, I'm sick of chugging everyone with food endlessly.
