Nope, the dialogue doesn't change. Nothing really changes since she doesn't disappear when you defeat her and she tells you that you can challenge her again anytime.

I appreciate it. I'll just have to go back through all the towns and talk to everyone and if that doesn't unlock it then double check all the dungeons. I'll be sure to update this when I find it.

Where was Neo Testament found/learned at?  I'm in the post-game but only in the low 80's and this is the only skill I'm missing from Ross. Is this learned at lvl 99? I've completed all subquests and (pretty) sure I've looted all treasures and hidden areas.

I'm sure you figured this out already but I'm playing through this now and was having the same issue with the dislike gifts. On Xbox its 30 dislikes instead of 20 for the title.
