Esper Monument Locations

A brief overview: The Esper monuments are the key to attaining your 2nd L3 Break Skill. In order to use them, one of your characters must have Learned both L2 break skills and one L3 Break skill in order to receive a Writ.. You will then go to the respective elemental shrine in order to duel with the Esper One-on-One. Upon victory, the character will learn their 2nd L3 Break Skill.

First, in order to use the monuments; go to Linbaught and enter the northwestern home with a knight standing outside of the home. Speak to the old man by the table to initiate the quest.

Light Esper- From the northern entrance of the Neige Tunnel, go East over the mountains. The shrine shouldn't be hard to find.

Water Esper- Start at the Boreal Tower and head south from there. You will find the shrine in plain sight.

Fire Esper-Start at Starway, then follow the river westwards to the lake. Take the southern river and follow the river hugging the mountains. You will find the shrine at the end of the river.

Earth Esper- Start at Kashinew, then go northeast as if you were on foot following the long coast. The shrine is at the end of the coast.

Dark Esper-First, attempt to get into the Lighting Guild with your airship. After being blown back by the winds, go counter-clockwise around the mountains. You should find the shrine on a small brown peninsula.

Wind Esper-From the northern entrance of the Neige tunnel, go as if you were on foot to the rest stop. The Wind Shrine is in the rest stop.

You wont need tactics when fighting the Espers. Omegdia spam works very well. 3-4 castings of Omegadia will be enough to put them down.
