RPG Insanity

Hey Yall i am in need of some help here i'm at the hurry to the second floor scenario 5.5 where you are back in boreal tower i am looking for a guide or walkthrough if there is one to get through this portion og the story and the game any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a stair at the west side of the pit (near the healing circle( where you need to jump to in the beginning of the game.

Same issue here don't know what to do jumping down does nothing but put back to the golden door you had cut scene by.
