From my post of the "World Map" it appears the spot marked "3" on the map is:

3 Metal Gelatin Island–the BEST (don’t bother with anything else) place to grind; requires airship that can land on water

I figure this topic is the best place to ramble about completely maxing out one's party in Alphadia Genesis.

Metal Island is south of Grimm's Cave and west of Luiviria Tunnel. It's a big island completely ringed by rocks. The Arch Dragon optional world boss (looks like a fiery blue monster sprite) hangs out there. He can be challenged for a 200 AGP reward. I don't know if the Arch Dragon or other optional world bosses ever respawn after being defeated. Maybe not.

The Attract Charm to force encounters with every step will greatly speed up the grind. There's one in a treasure chest somewhere; the Arena shop also sells them. Only one Attract Charm is needed, and it can be equipped on one of the team's reserve members.

Multi-hit Break skills can kill metal gelatins, but the easiest way to kill them are by equipping a Critical Band, or using Fray's Metal Cleaver weapon from the Arena shop for 2000 Arena Coins. Fray can't buy this weapon until a certain point in the game, when the Arena shop upgrades its inventory.

The "Small Beauty and the Beast" formation (raises experience by 1.5) isn't as good as it sounds. Experience from regular enemies scales in a soft cap tied to whatever dungeon or area the party is in, so this formation won't overlevel the party through regular gameplay. Metal Gelatin experience does not have a soft cap, but the grind to 99 is extremely quick anyway. It's grinding SP to max out the party's elements that takes the most time. The "Small Beauty and the Beast" formation does not affect SP gains.

Metal gelatins are the best source of SP. I recommend saving any Hearty Peels especially for Giga Metal Gelatins, which give a whopping 600 SP. Nothing else in the game gives anywhere near that much.

If you really want to overpower your team, grind both sub-elements of each member up to 99. Leveling sub-elements past 75 requires equipping both an elemental ring and an Unlimited Bracelet (sold by the Arena shop) on each team member. To keep the grind fast, either one party member will have to forfeit the grind to wear a Critical Band, or Fray will have to use the Metal Cleaver.

When all team members have raised both sub-elements to level 99, they can equip Perfect Rings to get the big stat boosts from each element. There's not much to fear after this point. Countdown is one of the few things that can kill a maxed-out character, and equipping the Doom Amulet delays countdown effects.
