What level should I be to get all the legendary weapons?
The legendary weapon bosses were pretty easy at level 70, which I think is the level the game expects the player to be for the True End final boss. I estimate that the legendary weapon bosses are beatable at level 60, which seems to be the expected level for the Normal End final boss.
This is from my experience on Normal difficulty.
