Off-topic :Ok.. I don't need any good data on my pre-paid card (outside of the house and it costs me 2-3$ a month for 500 MB full speed after which data goes down to 64kb/sec however in the home I have an unlimited data transfer (I only use up to 10-12 GB a month) for around 10$ if I count that up right (I'm using PLN money because am in Poland)..

Back to the topic.

Did you check the IAP stuff? Maybe (I say, Maybe 1%)that can be bought.

@pyskosocialpanda666 I am so sorry! I have never played more than about 30 minutes into AG2, but I sincerely hoped that by commenting in this thread, we might get the attention of other players who would be able to answer your question.

Normally this is the end result of all the trade side quests. you need to give him 2 harlequin plume obtained after trading them in the licker village for an expensive ration obtained after trading etc...

you cannot be stuck or short of item to finish this one, that is unless the game has changed over the year with updates but i doubt it. i finished this quest yesterday before finishing the normal ending.

Sorry this has taken so long. I didn't have any notes on this game and had to play it again. You've long since probably figured this out, but it is just the description that is messed up. When you speak to the Quest 20 NPC in the Imperial City, you will magically give him 2 Harlequin Plumes...even though the item description plainly says you only have one Plume, not two PlumeS.

I played AG2 on the PS5 and I completed this quest with the plume I traded for the ration. He said that he wanted "a pair" of them, so maybe it's a typo or the plumes come in pairs. You don't need another one for the quest.
