If you see this, yeah the game is region locked now and unfortunately KEMCO seems did something questionable in terms of marketing the game maybe because of the maintenance of the older games.
Steel Illusion is released in 2013. Almost games from Magitec and WWS or WorldWideSoftware are in maintenance.
KEMCO can't answer this particular issue for a while but i tried contact them again regarding this issue.
