Locations for Quests 42, 44-46

I couldn't find any information on where to go to complete these quests - but then I thought, "I wonder if the Enemy List includes their locations?"

And it does. 8-)

But for convenience sake I'm listing them out here as well. (I never would have thought to look for the dragons in these locations, so THANK YOU @1oldtymer for putting together the Enemy List!)

42: Paradise Bird - Galbure's Island (presumably, the island on which Galbure's Tower is located?)

44: Crimson Dragon of Legend - Elda Tower

45: Azure Dragon - Leviathan Cave

46: Gold Dragon - Forest of Trials
