I would like to know if anyone knows how to place the blocks in the right hand side of the kazoo tower

If you are asking about the 1st floor:
For ALL floors, use the "click" sound when you walk over a square, as that tells you a block goes there. For the 1st floor right hand side, you make an "arrow" shape pointing either up or down, and that opens the passageway. Then repeat making the arrow point the opposite direction. Here is a picture:
