You can trade the only elistone in the game (unless you buy some from the DFP shop) to the sorcerer in Tali. You can choose one of 3 items , and I strongly recommend you select the Dominance Heart, even though all the items are valuable.
Whatever you decide, there is no going back. Choose wisely.
