One of our newer members, Deakin, has created an entire Grinsia walkthrough (location, monsters, skills, side quests - the works!)

The whole thing is currently available to view or download in pdf format, and we are also working on publishing all the pages online.

I'm anticipating over the next week or two, the entire guide will be available in both formats.

Awesome! Thumbs up to Deakin.

I browsed through the guide even though I haven't played the game. I noticed that the numbers on the World Maps are red-orange colour, which makes reading difficult. Is it possible to change the colour to something easier on the eyes?

And with that, is there a standard colour to use for numbering on maps? It'll make compiling maps a little easier when there's a common standard / SOP.

To be honest, I'd never given any thought to "standardized" world maps. (Although, the ones I've posted are more from the recent Exe Create games, where all the town names are given.) I agree, it would be good to have a standard. But, I'm really bad at picking colors, so I would need some of you to offer up examples...

One of the better looking maps I've seen though, is this one from 3beez (from Asdivine Cross, Unmarked Areas):

Hmm, yea, now that you mention it the color really seems not ideal. I think putting a rectangle behind the numbers with white font color (like on the map from 3beez) is a very good idea because otherwise there will always be contrast problems on the different backgroundcolors of the map.

Thanks for the hint I will change the maps accordingly.

Amazing! The appearance of the walkthrough, as beautiful as it is, should not blind us to the complete (and I mean complete) content! Your info on the Mave sidequest(s) is much appreciated.

Yeah I'm having a blast now with this game. I've been playing along as we discussed how to do the online pages, and now I have the Lemming Hero, and I'm further along in the story than I ever got before.

It's a nice way to start the new year. :-D
