I am missing 6 chests in the headquarters. Someone said there's a hidden path somewhere but I can't find it.
Does anyone know where it is?

You don't have to worry about these treasure chests for now, assuming you're talking about the remaining treasure chests in Dawn Spire, which shares its treasure counter data with the Apostle Headquarters, if I remember correctly.
The following sentence contains a spoiler about the game's structure, so read at your own risk: The remaining treasure chests in Dawn Spire can only be obtained
from the second playthrough onwards
