You know what,i got a unbelievable amount of LIP from uploaded my character,i got 1-18 LIP just by upload him to server,at connect option of course here the truth and about vayu talismans,

An angry Twilight King held a press conference after his recent defeat by 1oldtymer. "That coward, that sniveling snake, that miserable excuse for a fighter," ranted the god of twilight. "He hid in the shadows and sent drones to do a man's job. I have no respect for him, why, he can't even wield an axe or a sword. A brave warrior, like the mighty CHO, had the guts to go god a mano with me, and even though I lost to him, I respect his bravery and courage. But that 1oldtymer, he was afraid to come out and fight. Just distant snipe after distant snipe. No guts, no glory, and too scared to come out his safe hiding place. I won't even give him a reward for his victory."

When asked about the Twilight King's remarks, 1oldtymer, his face hidden by a bag over his head, mumbled something about the batting being on "easy" setting. He was in the hospital being treated for carpel tunnel syndrome on his wrist. At first the doctors thought it was caused by the strain of using a heavy weapon, like a giant axe, but discovered that the injury resulted by constant mouse or joystick operation to guide drones.

Ha-ha-ha,you mean some almighty one wipo be defeated with take so looooooooong time by distant snipe huh,i am more like to use doomslayer rather then distant snipe, and now i am pretty amazed by new game(i wish i have much enough time to play YS game,and record of agarest so old man i wish you enjoy yourself

Hey, rimrazen and Cho, I'm on my playthrough on chaotic, almost at the end (just opened the training center), but I don't remember when the underground cave with the twilight king opens. Do I need to defeat all the levels of the training center, or just keep following the story? I sure would like to skip the training center (I did finish it on easy).

Yep,
to unlock Underground Cave, you must pass all levels of the Training Center.

Thanks, Cho and rimrazan, I finished the game on Chaotic, but whew, the underground cave arena last battle was tough. Oh, it wasn't hard to kill the enemy, but I struggled to complete the bout in the 10 turns. I finally did it by changing my party and not using any clerics.

Now I have to try the Twilight King on Chaotic. I have all the resources, and I did beat him on easy.

Hoho,check your server and found someone named curis him using a last equipment at game,and him was maxed out HP and str tough,just my note

Hey 1oldtymer, I'm in excitement of awaiting of press conference with the "real" Twilight King. :silly:
So, how it goes?

Btw, I've tried "drone" tactic.
They just can not reach attack distance, catastrophe blows away 'em all.
You can buff them hard, but the damage they do before their death does not compare to Vrakis autoheal skill.
There were thoughts about "snipe" tactic. But i did not test can snipers stand out of range of catastrophe. And can they damage-race his autoheal skill.

Thanks for asking,, but unthanks for reminding me :sick: I beat the King on Hard, but not on Chaotic. I'm maxed out on everything, have anything anybody could want, but just can't keep up with his healing (you are right about that). I knock off about 10,000 hp, but then I get slowed down and he heals himself too fast for me. I've tried different lineups. I thought I could just make some tough slow defenders who would carry a load of Elixirs and Revivers to bring back my dead at full strength so that they could pound on the King, but that didn't work. So I've put it aside for now as I'm reworking some other things.
A quick rundown of some characters, etc.
everybody, including hired characters, at lev 99
mountains of elixirs
63 elvish reviver

everybody has best armor, and top weapon, except where I wanted a weapon with more range (like a range 2 sword)
You can see that I want Logi and Kyle to do the heavy work, with Xanoseed assisting. Misha is meant to try to draw his attack, but the King rarely does that.
So unless I pick it up again, and have some better attack plan, I'm afraid my newspaper will go out of business
