Can someone tell me where the secret passage in Haltia casle is i cant find it and already talked to everyone needed and last person doesn't make since.

Hey MPG Annihilator I don't know if you're still stuck but I did some searching on Google and I found two answers that might help you (but I don't know for sure because I haven't played Machine Knight, so let me know if these answers work or not):

1. From Gamefaqs:

"After following the in game events, the old man in the church will provide the final clue to this passageway. Walk to the front of the weapon shop. From there the passageway can be found at an area at lower right corner of the map. Stand there and touch the screen."

2. From Chaptercheats:

"After talking to the palace guard who will not allow you to enter, go to the nun then to the weapon shop talk to him, then to the tool shop, then i guess, the blacksmith, then to the lady in the inn and lastly to the old man in the church. You will find the entrance around the bushes near the corner, you will not see it but belle will start to talk saying she saw it."

Whoops sorry I wasnt able to reply due to tests anyways:

Yeah the secret passage is near the weapon shop( To the right near the trees). Bell will say " Why is a Door Here" and you will be prompted to enter or not.

how do you get thourh the cave past the fishing village which how they talk makes absolotly no friken since

Understanding them isnt that tough Actually XD. Now which Cave Do You mean the one passing through Haltia to Totora Village. Or the One Which is on the right(East) of Totora Village.

Im pretty Sure you have done the spooky Hole one so, the Sailor in Totora Village is saying that to rescue his fellow sailor from the Cave on the right(East) of the village( you will find it when you walk east from the village).
Oh and one more thing. Are you sure you have gone back to Haltia Castle ( and have spoken to the king there )after you have beated the boss at the Spooky Hole Dungeon. Only then will the next Story quest will come

wait, i was supposed to talk to the king!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? i dident think he was alive no wonder ive talked to every one in town and nothing like that came up ugg time to go back through the hole

Yeah this game doesnt always tell you where to go. That is why the dialogues are Important aswell. All useful information about the quests are in the dialogues of this game.
