Go inside the Airship. After some traveling you will see a broken wall, enter it and new area shall appear, filled with Bosses as normal enemies lol.
Ah, ok. You did say that afterward I could still enter the airship, but the way I interpreted that was more like "If you want to." I didn't realize that I'm supposed to LOLS.

After traveling the Airship you will see another area, which is completely Sci-Fi, which has even more Irritating Enemies, Especially The Thabit Variants.

Okay finally got back into this game, and now I'm going back and forth between the ship and the sci-fi area, and I HATE IT!

It just goes on forever and I just want to find the boss already. :woohoo:

And now one hour later, I've beat the game... I think I need to learn to be more patient. :cheer:

I chose to stay in their world, and got a closing scene with Bell.

Wow so the choices you make throughout the game must have an affect after all.

Someday I'll have to do the new game plus and write down all the different choices (when I have about 100 hours to spare)

Jeez! It's been so long since I've played Machine Knight that even skimming this walkthrough ( http://www.m0rd0r.eu/machine-knight-rpg-walkthrough/) didn't jog my memory! LOL

Congrats on beating it! Maybe we need a "Now Playing" thread; so we can all play the same game at the same time...for support. :silly: :P

I guess I didn't really notice much of a difficulty spike in this game. The last few dungeons had tougher monsters, but nothing that really gave me trouble. I think that was mainly because, in the last half of the game, the dungeons get pretty long and complex, leading to "unintentional grinding". Like, in the mountain pass dungeon in the SE continent, it took me FOREVER to find my way through it and by the time I was done, monsters that were a bit challenging were falling easily. And then you go to the castle, get the monster hunt side-quests from the guard, return to the place and fight for another eternity to get those completed, getting even more powerful in the process. Especially since it took an obscene amount of time to find enough of the rock/golem/whatever monsters, since they're one of the more rare encounters that seemed to only be reasonably common in a couple screens of the dungeon.

I guess that this game is pretty easy if you try to do everything simply due to the extra time and grinding it takes to hunt down all the monsters and because you do get to fill out your skills a lot more quickly with all the points you get for doing all the side-quests. If you just focus on the main plot, I could see things getting legit tough over the final few dungeons.

Yeah, as I got closer to the end I did fewer side quests, and so the enemies did get a lot stronger. But had I completed all the quests, it might have been different.
