Keeping Some Of My Current Weapons

Right now, I'm at the Town of Cresto and I'm reluctant to buy new weapons for Albert and Edward.

Albert currently has a sword that attacks in a column; Edward has a Blood Knife that restores HP with normal attacks.

Is it worth it to just keep those weapons and just keep upgrading their strength with crystals?

Some drop weapon have awesome option, keeping them wont hurt.

From my memories there is Scythe with normal attack deal 3x damage and Chakram with pierce metal monster effect.

Dont worry with upgrading. There will be NPC that sell loads of top crystal for gold later.

@lemmythelenny I guess my brain thought Edward suited him better than Bruno ?
