RPG Insanity

I'm trying to complete the last bounty hunt grannoss but I can't seem to locate the general area to be able to fight him I've been everywhere on the world map and nothing so far so what must be done and where should I be located on the map to get him to show up??

Please help..

Gillanoss is the only bounty hunt I couldn't find nor defeat. Any tips where to find and beat it?
