So far in my journey through this game, I've come across what may be three bonus dungeons: Bowel Of The Earth, Ice Cave and Heaven's Cavern. Are these three it, or is there more, and if so how many?
My notes aren't clear to me at this far remove, but I have, in addition to those you mention:

Valley of Flowers
