RPG Insanity Exclusive - King of the Underworld

Okay, this may not be the only way to beat the ultimate boss - but in over two years I've never found another way that didn't involve buying a ton of items from the SOP shop.

I have searched other forums and never seen a way to beat this guy - so MAD PROPS to Rylocke for sharing this with me yesterday.

Well, I may have exaggerated a little, but hey it sounds cool to call it exclusive (and I never have seen a strategy anywhere else.) :whistle:

Well it does sound cool nevertheless, but what makes this boss strategy even more cooler is its Legitness. I mean you don't always see a strategy in which the Ultimate Post game boss is being Toyed with only Dynast Rays and Denoas the whole time lol.

Thanks for the shout-out.

It certainly is slightly cheesy, but it's a great way to use the tools at our disposal to beat an otherwise nightmarish encounter.

Your tactics worked perfectly. What had been a one-sided victory in the prelims for the King became an easy knockout for our party using your approach. Thanks! I'd probably still be playing and losing, but now I can move on to another game:)

Great walkthrough, MSG, and the tactics to beat the King of the Underworld were icing on the cake. Having the video (thanks Lemmy) was a bonus bonus:)

No worries for the video. And my method that I showed you? It dosent need anything from the SOP shop although the EXP-boosting accessory makes it easy to get to L99. I never even used all the spiralus I collected on my game (I didn't know that they allowed you to give up your turn for someone else) and once i learned what they did, It was a matter of throwing all the herbs at Ryle to raise the assault meter. I guarantee you that this is the 100% free method that works. Some may call it chessy but if the boss is unfair, Then that dosent mean you should be fair either.

(Of course before you fight him, I'd raise the assault bar to 4 full bars at LEAST)
