Post-game question

So, I beat the game and after all the credits and stuff, I noticed a couple new dungeons were added to the map. One seems to be a tournament arena, while the other looks like a regular dungeon.

Does anyone know if either has any significance other than giving people who beat the game more challenges? With as many games as I have in my backlog, I'm willing to do post-game stuff that adds to the story (like a lot of Exe-Create's), but not so keen on just fighting tough battles for the sake of doing so.

No extra plot IIRC, they are just dungeons.
