How can I resolve subquest 3 ? I go to Bachlag Pass but I see none. !?

Hi Alphonse,

Welcome to the forum!

It's been a long time since I played this game, but I believe that the person you need to find is located in Bachlag Pass. If my memory is correct, you need to go almost all the way to the opposite end of the pass, and then you will find the person you're looking for.
