how to avoid "death"?

i already finish game once with 2 character die.
how i can get happy end with no tragedies?
i can't search it on google, which choice i must choose...

You Can't Actually. At Least One of Your Party Member Will die, in each route, sometimes 2, max 3 or the one in which all die.Well There is a Happy Ending, But atleast 2 Party Members Do Die. So Um You cant Avoid Death ingame.

Kemco Doesnt Say Anything Regarding It. However Out of the many endings I found no ending in which no sacrifice is made. So I think thats how it is.

feel like devil survivor 2
in new game all normal item, level and stat reset..... it's not getting easy

Devil Survivor 2 and even Devil Survivor lol. Were actually beast games. And the amount of endings and Routes they had were overwhelming. But it was indeed an awesome game.
