What are accessories #1, #4, #77, #78, #79, #80 and where do you find them ?

I can only answer about #4, the Heart Necklace. It's earned from a witch's request from Mitinpatin town for the Brass Dragon fight.

I found all of them.

1 is life ring, bought from naud hamlet
4 is heart necklace dropped from the copper dragon, a request boss
77, 78, and 79 are dropped from the post-game bosses: Lucius, baron, and grace
80 is clandestine necklace, which is dropped by white poncho, a request boss.
