RPG Insanity

So, I'm looking at the locations list for all the various recipes, as I want to try to max each one out and make a guide just on that (probably will post it on Gamefaqs) and I can't help but notice that Recipe 17 "Fun Introduction to Magic Weapons" doesn't have a location listed. Does anybody have a location for it?

I believe I left that one blank because it's basically a "starting recipe." (i.e. whichever character uses that recipe, already has it when they're introduced into the game.)
