I actually found an icon for a credit card - basically a rectangle with rounded corners, and a stripe across the top. Next time I'm at my pc I'll try to post the image. I think it could work if I can make the strip in the top clear, and the rest of it black... it will then basically resemble a "spoiler box."

Two possible icons to replace the "spoiler" text:

     

The icon has to be 20px by 20px to fit with the rest of the editor, so the second one is probably the better choice (since you can actually "see" the plus sign, whereas with the first one, at 20px it just looks like there's a smudge in the corner...)

Of course I'd try to match the color to the sort of light grey as the other icons... If I can match the color, I might update the toolbar there in the next few days, and just see how it looks...

The second icon looks a lot better (for me it looks like a suitcase that hides things until it's opened
