Hi everyone,
Just want to let you all know that I've made Jesusalva a site admin.
Neither MPG Annihilator nor myself is really active on the site anymore, and so Jesusalva has volunteered to help administer the site (and, of course, the forum).
I will probably check in on things now and then, but Jesusalva and I have spoken and he has my full support and my blessing to make any changes that may be needed (or to keep everything exactly the same lol... depending on what makes the most sense going forward.)
I appreciate everybody who's been a part of this site; you guys have kept this forum going for almost six years now! I hope you continue to find value in this community.

Hi, my name is Jesusalva, I have been lurking here for... a while. I am a system admin for The Mana World project, developer for both that and FreedroidRPG, contributor for quite a few others, and I study accounting.
My role is to maintain RPGInsanity and ensure everything is running smoothly (or as smoothly as possible). I did a few things behind the curtain already such as implementing a better Disaster Recovery Procedure and implementing RFC 2142, and a few things not quite behind the curtains but which some might have missed, such as adding a Discord link on the footer which one of the community members created (I'm not an admin there, please treat it as a third-party link) and having my lawyer assistance go through the Privacy Policy.
Up the next coming months, I plan in going through the forums and adding walkthroughs to their proper pages so at least everything is in order. Also to conduct a more through security audit. I do not plan in making any major change to the website infrastructure which are likely to affect users until I'm confident in my skill to revert or fix it, but I already did a couple minor experiments such as a sitemap (the password is testpage) to test how to edit plugins without breaking anything actually in use.
Going forward, possibly after getting the walkthroughs sorted out, I plan in seeing if we can replace reCaptcha with Stop Forum Spam so posting can be smoother (already made drafts, haven't had time to test that yet). While for now I am doing the walkthroughs manually, I plan in heeding MSG's advise and look out for ways to simplify the contribution flow.
