Using Helium to backup save game data

Has anyone tried it? What do you think?

Is there a way to trade saves? I would be interested in maybe trying to trade some save game files of games both parties (me and someone else) have not played yet. Than buy and download the app and try out the save files. Name a kemco game you have not played yet. For me, any of the 3d ones or the town building one. Lets give this a whirl!..if you want.

Any way, what do you think of helium?

You mean you have interest using helium backup save, i see it you wan't use that tricky tehnique(i am apologize for being late but still)nah about this i was see you're a member of sbenny forum are you if you not i am soooo sorry altough you just need to unzip the file first then open the game that you wan't use helium, after that play the game first(please just see the prolouge,you will cry a loud because helium backup make you lost so many scent)and then open helium backup and select that file(at that time my file is glourious savior mega mod sbenny~jk)and tadaaaaa the thing opened, but if you wan't use that to lost history(i mean antiquaia)you will surprised a lot, yeah if this don't work i am sorry for being poor beta tester~jk(this is my dream~jk)and if this chat break a rule i apologize,at least i just wan't help him hahahaha,alright again i apologize

Yeah about helium you can restore you'r banned id,and backup the thing file,i just give it a litle compliment because this thing always used by cheater(i am will hate some game if them contain sooo many iap contain even that just for a part of wing,yeah like gods wars created by YC game at first this game so much fun without hd and get 4,5 star rate,right now this game just have 3,8 star rate with so mamy crazy iap stuff)so there must be so many user cheat this game and if them banned them just need restore it with helium backup

Rimrazan, I appreciate your comments on this post. I must admit I don't know anything about Helium or backup save files.

It sounds to me like what you're talking about is how to restore a file, for a game that you paid for? If that's the case, all is good. If it's anything to do with illegally downloaded games, or "cheating" to get IAP that wasn't paid for, that's not okay on this forum.

Please forgive me if I misunderstood anything.

I used Helium before, so i should know some of the internal functions though

use it only if you are changing phones, from android to android only, no root required.
First you need a PC with admin access, you need to install both helium on PC and phone. If no admin access, that's fine too i know how to crack helium within the exe file.
Connect USB to PC, select backup to internal storage, move the game data from device to device
If you purchased IAP it should be moved as well.

If your PC cannot detect your phone you may need to plug out USB cable & plug in again etc, enable USB debugging and You may need to set your USB Connection Mode to "PTP"

of course it's easier if your phone is rooted.

So, has helium worked for you? Have you backed anything up to a second device? I wonder how good helium is at NOT corrupting files. Sometimes that is my fear, that helium is "backing up" my file but maybe corrupting the files in the process and I can not tell.

When i changed phones i used helium to backup a Japanese game called
Final Fantasy Legends: Toki no suisho.....
Backup data file was about 264 mb....the size might vary for diff games though.
Oh, dont worry, Helium won't corrupt your file. I tried backup 5 or more times in the past and all the save data was uncorrupted.
