murk abyss...cannot find crystal for spike room

cannot progress any farther. can anyone please help me. I have searched everywhere in this room...unless it is in a previous room, which does not make sense.
I used the first two, for the first two rooms.

Check the "Map" tab for a picture of the dungeon map with locations for each treasure:
