It's just that when the game started, I thought Ratona would be the ditzy one (to replace Iris)
Then along comes Noelle... it just feels like too much, in my opinion. Also I don't like the childish dialogue (I understand it, because she is for all purposes a child - I just prefer to see more "strong" female characters.)
Also, I actually liked Minerva - well, at least I liked when she picked on Iris, and Iris was too ditzy to realize... :dry:

And indeed Ratona is the ditzy one in the game. And Litany a tsundere.
Noelle is a child and act like a child. She is just playful and not always understands what she says and what others say. I think her character development is pretty nice, though she doesn't speak too much.
I don't really like Minerva because she too often was sticking her nose where it doesn't belong. And too violent for no reason. Especially that iris is much older and much more experienced than she is. Which means Minerva doesn't have any respect to elders as well. And Litany... at first pretty strong and proud, treats spirits from another world as if they were criminals, and yet her strength and proud during the game poofs.
I like comedy characters, so like I said my most favorite character is Ventus and his love circus. But among the four from Menace I say Izayoi is the best. Then maybe Ratona.
