@msg-commander Nope... and even if I did, I won't be able to go back and see. Tablet died some time ago. Will try to find it if and when I get a new one.
Does anyone at all still have the game (and save data)? Apparently most of us here either don't, are not at the correct level to go filling up the monster guide, or have had no luck looking for them.
Missing monsters in the "monster guide"

This might be because I'm playing the PS4 version, but these entries don't exist in my game. I see #192 is Mad Mycelia, and #193 is Mad Seal. These are listed on this site as #194 and #195. Similarly, my #250-253 are not the same either. My #246 is Ophidian Dragon, immediately followed by #247 Orc Fiend. No missing spaces in the middle.
I don't know if these blank entries are actually appearing on the mobile versions or something, but I'd suspect that it may have been a bug in the monster guide, or simply monsters removed from the game at some point, and the list was eventually fixed in later versions.
Just to check, my last monster is Zahhak Dragon, #356. The last monster on this site is the same one but at #364. So this would mean eight monsters are not present on mine. And this would be... 192, 193, 239, 250, 251, 252, 253... seven blank spaces on this site's list, completely skipped over in my game's monster guide. So what's the last one...
Oh! Okay, this is interesting. The other one not present in my game is listed here as #322, Super Mushroom Z, found in "Training Accelerator (Forgotten Village)". My list also completely skips him and his entry entirely. But the interesting thing is, I HAVE seen him in my game! It was also in the Training Accelerator, and I distinctly remember it was somewhere between levels 1-20 (because I was trying to pass 20 at the time, thinking there was a reward), and he showed up and unexpectedly completely wrecked my party. (Seriously, look at those stats!) Unfortunately, I don't know if I kept playing and saved after that, but there's a good chance I reloaded my game immediately because it was easier than going off to heal up before trying the Training Accelerator again. But either way, there's no space for him in the list on my game. The other monsters' numbers skip right by him, there's no blank or "?????" part of the list, and so on.
So I guess for anyone whose list does include these missing entries, it's possible they are random monsters exclusive to the Training Accelerator, just like Super Mushroom Z. Or, again, it's possible they were removed entirely from the game at some point during development, and nobody corrected the monster guide until later versions.
Update: Just found Super Mushroom Z again! Level 40 this time, still a random spawn. And I even beat him this time, and yeah, still no entry for him in my list. He was obviously removed from counting on the list.
Update 2: The final boss in this game is "Nemesis Menace", accompanied by "Ophidius A", "Ophidius B", "Ophidius C", and "Ophidius D". I am very positive that these are entries 239, and 250-253. Another game, I want to say Asdivine Hearts 1, had the same issue where the final boss has an entry in the monster guide even though it's not actually possible to save after defeating them, so they will never show up in your list. And this bug was still present on the PS4 version that I played. So it looks like for Asdivine Menace, they cleaned this up and removed the five final boss entries from the list. As well as Super Mushroom Z for some reason, I guess because he's random.
And thus, only #192 and #193 are unaccounted for, after "Lycoris A" and "Lycoris B". These Lycorises are also the companions during the regular ending final boss fight, interestingly enough. Do you suppose she can summon a C and D at some point? I don't know, I'm saved past there and can't go back. But either way, the list in my game is complete. Good luck everyone!

Incidentally, there's also a mistake on the monster list on this website. It says the enemies "Golden Goblin" (#130), "Golden Moomie" (#131), and "Golden Regent" (#134) are in the Gold Isle (Level 300) region. They are not. They are in the Gold Isle (Level 100) region. So if someone is able to edit the page, then that would be fantastic.
