I can't find the quest-giver for #8! I've walked around Port Soul a few times, exited and came back in, etc. I guess the only good thing is I distracted myself with Subquest 10 along the way.

I don't know if you're still looking for this quest, but I just found it. The soldier is near the pier in the south of town:

To be honest,actually I didn't play this game but I still watch over this fansite as a guests nor member,actually I see so many member not online right now*sigh I didn't get a new report~jk,i hope you all well and I hope so then I shall took my leave
