Hey, MSGCommander. I tried your strategy in hell mode. It also works. Problem is, I can't raise Fleons speed high enough to have his turn first. But oddly enough, Guild leaders final inferno skill in hell difficulty, the status ailments almost always miss, or if bites, only one character is affected. I tried it a bunch of times and it almost always miss on Fleon so I can always cast beast song with no problem oh his 1st turn. It always miss on Julia and Lilith while Caine is almost always infected (mind you, i removed all of their ailment evasion). But also, oddly enough, the undead gems almost always kills Lilith or Fleon on his/her 1st turn. So I have to reload a bunch of times to for the undead gems to not activate it's death. But after that, it's really easy. And it takes around 18 to 20 gold rush to defeat guild leader. I lost track in the middle of counting coz someone called me over on my mobile in mid battle.

Yep. I have around 98m when i tried your strategy. But Caine also deals around 300k to 700k damage per round. So I just estimated on how many times you need to use gold rush if it's your only attack.
And here are some ss on my lvl70 est dungeon exp and gold results when fighting mega and mini monsters.

Thanks to Alev for providing such an efficient strategy. Using his methods, I pushed all my characters to max level, all with +999 ATK on their weapons. (This was easy because you get so much gold you buy endless supplies of anything carried in the stores). I then went grinding through the est hell dungeon, and SURPRISE!! it is not unlimited. In fact, there are exactly 500 levels. When I beat the monster on level 500, I got the "cleared the Hell Dungeon" message, was sent back to base, and subsequently when I tried to re-enter the dungeon, there was no option to start midway.

One more story about beaten Guild Hero (Hell diff):
1. Planning the onslaught.
First thoughts was just to copy Alev's strategy (lvl 800, 8 ironwall ores, 8 blessings ores, 4 angel gems, 4 anchor ring A).
But I experienced some difficulties in this setup preparation. I'm pretty sure that I sold some angel gems at the mid stage of the game (also there is a high chances that some valuable ores was sold too). The plan was to farm lvl 800-999 and to "fill the list" in process...
lvl cap:
hell dung farm, just a matter of time.
4 anchor ring A:
already got all 4.
4 angel gems:
got 1, and dunno where to find more.
8 ironwall ores:
Rare wpn drop, Holy realm farm with weapon+ gems. However It's very little chances to get it via breaking weapon. (At the high lvl of Est Dung you may find weapons with pre 40% Ironwall and some other possible effects, which may be disenchanted).
8 blessings ores:
Very rare wpn drop, Holy realm farm with weapon+ gems. After hour! of save/load/breaking I've got none blessing ores

With 1 angel gem and my "breaking" luck we've got no chances... So, we'll use MSG Commander tactix and gonna race GH on hell!
2. Preparation.
Suicide tries to determine stats and numbers:
to recieve turn before GH - SPD must be higher than 6500-6600;
with VIT+100% ench. GH do 1/3 less dmg (2 ironwall=1/2 less dmg, but it's 2 weapon slots).
Items needed:
millions of gold (for Gold Rush)
SPD (STR/INT), VIT, HP ores - SubQuests 10,15 (Caine Steal skill boost the process)
x Giga Med All - Random drops (high lvl Est dung)
x Tragedy Cool - Vendor selling items
x Downer All - Caine Steal skill (Light slash) on Est dung bosses
x All Matter - Caine Steal skill (Light slash) on Est dung bosses (with Super Rare Gems Equipped)
lvl cap (999):
I dunno the faster way other than Hell dung.
For me it was like this:
hard mob fights on 210+ floors (normal diff) -> exit ->
finish additional storymod ->
enter hell dung (hell diff) midway 110 floor (party lvl ~300-400)[every win gives about 0.5/1/2 lvls] ->
cap reached at Est floor 310+
Tips:
Before kill every Est boss Light slash'im till it gives 1Downer All + 1All Matter (All Matter may be farmed later on Guild Hero (easy))
Any found VIT/STR matter given to Caine.
3. Build.
Here's party stats (there still some All Matter stored; and later most of 'em were given to Caine cause of high VIT needs)
lvl 999 (Est floor ~310)
Rings: 4 Anchor Ring A (for those like me, who forgot to renew Fleon's Beast Song
; or you choice).
Gems: 3 Feline Gems, Angel Gem (Caine if his VIT high enougth)
Caine
Soul Sword+999
Burst rate boost+33%
2x SPD+100%
HP+100%
Others
Weapon+999
2x SPD+100%
HP+100%
VIT+100% (in my situation: Julie INT+100%, cause of acceptable base VIT + some All Matters; but I think more SPD would be better)
4. First turns & skills/items to keep the flow of battle (probably you know this basics
).
Fleon - Beast Song
Lilith - Quick Sabre /or Reincarnate (if you sure that whole party may not survive next 3 GH hits)
Caine - Target Dummy!
Julie - Guardians /or Mirage Shield on Caine (if he cannot stand 3 next hits from GH)
Items:
Giga Med All - use at low health
Tragedy Cool - use if someones gauge near 100% and! greatly differs from other chars
Downer All - use at first opportunity on GH and renew it effects as 'em fades
Skills:
Fleon
Beast Song - renew it! first priority
Beast Dance - good at the start of battle to give more turns to setup things
Comet Blaster - turn control in stress situations
Gold Rush - main dmg
Lilith
Quick Sabre - only at start of battle to recieve some boost
Reincarnate - recast every time someone's die
Cooldown - gauge control & minor heal
Stun Bash, Scythe Bash - turn control in stress situations
Caine
Target Dummy - at the beginning of battle
Life Shower - good at the start of battle to give more 19999 HP each turn to each char
Grand Cure - if you miss to recast Beast Song and got all that nasty debuffs (and not dead yet, hehe)
Eleven Blade - after survived initial onslaught and stabilize a bit, to fill gauge
Soul Blade - random damage (with burst rate boost and active Paladin - chances of getting chains of Eleven Blades, yay)
Julie
Mirage Shield - on Caine (if he cannot stand 3 initial hits from GH)
Guardians - try to keep +2/+2 on every char every time
Holy Dust - gauge control & minor dmg
Hi Heal All - at initial onslaught to set 9999 HP all
