Good thought about Paralysis. Sometimes effects work on bosses, sometimes not (depends on the game.) The other one that might help is poison. (But then you still have to survive long enough for the poison to kill him.)
Fleon's "Grudge Shell" inflicts poison, paralysis, enrage and fatigue, but it does say it's weak on some enemies, so it may be useless.
I'm sure there's no way to "evade" countdown (btw does the Undead Gem prevent countdown? I've never tried it)

Unfortunately, the Undead Gem does NOT prevent countdown (I know from experience). And as you said, although in other games poison sometimes does the job, here it will not. I hit the Uber for about 1.7 million damage without killing him, so poison would be too slow.
Some of the debuffs I think worked on the Uber: I did the def/spd down 1 rank, and maybe they took (they flashed on the screen at least, rather than saying "Missed"). Didn't make much difference. Oh, perhaps he slowed down from hitting me 20 times a turn to 10, but I'm not sure.
I have 3 continuous turn ores, need 1 more, and 3 paralysis ores, so I need 1 more there too. I have the weapons with the right ores, but it can take awhile to get lucky when breaking the weapon. Break, check, load....rewash...Sigh. When I get the two weapons enhanced the way I want, I'll give it a try.
I got ultimate crystals and VIT 2 ore several times in the boundary dungeon. The special dungeons (easy, normal, etc) are fairly useless as the monsters generally don't drop weapons--you have to get lucky in the chests.

By the way, I hadn't noticed before, but subquest 15, which gives the precious ore 3, is repeatable! If you stack the rare super gem (assuming you have them), the tearstones are easy to get. Of course, without those rare super gems, you will waste your time. It took me less than 10 minutes to get 6 tearstones (but then I'm at ridiculous levels, so I just hit auto for the battles). I now have my 4 continuous turn ores, but I still need to get a weapon with paralyze that I can break to get my last paralyze ore. Also, while getting the tearstones, you will get plenty of "final" weapons dropped.

Nice, that could actually come in handy.
Also for anyone else following the discussion, I have found ONE Super Rare Gem in the Ethereal Est dungeon (so it's theoretically possible to get really cool stuff in there, but it's not something you should count in. If you HAVE to have a specific gem, you should buy it in the IAP Shop.)
The other thing about Poison - Guild Hero gets like 47 turns for each one of yours, so the effect may add up, if you can get Poison to stick. (Or it might be entirely pointless, like you said)
Right now I'm using the Encounter Ring Y to level up in the Hell dungeon. I'm not gonna bother fighting the Guild Hero again until I'm well past Lv 150 (currently at 93).

Another test...another failure. I tried to see if I could have Julie go first in order to use her "curse" skill to perhaps paralyze the Uber. So I put 400% SPD on her weapon to give a speed of 1725. Did she go first....make me laugh. She was on the ground before my stylus lifted from the tablet. So...no hope of going first.
Next test: I'll put an undead gem on Julia and see if she can get a turn to try "Curse" (which probably won't work anyway).
After that test: undead gems on Lilith and Fleon, Lility with the most paralyze skill I can get, and Fleon with most continuous turn I can get (so he can use Gold Rush as fast as possible).
After that test after that test: I'm going to buy a powerball ticket--better odds than fighter the Uber
 I'm rushing to 7-11 to buy my ticket now. If I win, I'll donate half to this forum!

Inconclusive, but--Julie, with 200% paralyze, did manage to paralyze him! For about 1 turn. And it took 3 tries before paralyze activated.

Ok this boss is officially insane.
For a reference point, what level is your party?
I just tried at Lv 180, he got about 15-17 turns for every one of mine, killed Caine and Lilith almost instantly and used Countdown on Julie and Fleon (and then paralyzed them both), so I never even got a turn.
I'm thinking at some party level, your speed has to start approaching his (maybe even to where he only gets 3-5 turns for every one of yours?)
If so, then the name of the game is increasing your party level. (And then finding the right accessories and added effects.)

About 125

You will never get fast enough. I got Julie up to 1725 speed and she was still a turtle.

I don't think levels will matter.
I think poison, as you suggested some time ago, might work. I know the Uber can be paralyzed (didn't last more than 1 turn), and I've been able to reduce rank/speed by 1. So perhaps he can be poisoned, but I don't know how long it will last. Anyway, unless we have some idea about the rate of damage from poison (% of hp by turn), I don't feel like making the effort. It took 3 tries for Julie to paralyze him with 200% increase on her weapon. You usually don't get 3 cracks! I know the characters can last well beyond 40 turns (I've done it), so if poison knocks off 5%, combine that with one nice whack from Fleon (I now hit for almost 700,000 a shot), and if the poison can last awhile, and perhaps he can be poisoned twice....So, does anybody know how poison works?

Well, I think you have a long climb. At level 130, my two fastest characters were around 700 speed. Now, when Julie was at 1725 speed because of weapon enhancement, she was still light years slower than the Uber. I don't know how much speed per level you are adding, but probably not much, and of course it takes more effort to advance the higher your level. So you will need to be plenty high to get to 1725 (and this is just one attribute--I'm assuming the scale is about the same for everything else), and then you still will be far too slow.
I am astounded at how fast you are able to level up, and admire your grinding ability, but I don't think it is the right path. You are already high enough to slice through any of the lower dungeons in search of the proper ores, etc., and I suspect that may be profitable. However, I'll admit I don't really have a clue.
