I'm pretty sure he means to add two Critical effects to the same weapon (since I believe the effect stacks.)

Well I had forgot to use the weapon fairy and that let me get better then 40%
I got 51% then 57% and finaly stopped when I rolled a 60%
So the cap is 60as far as I can tell...if I get higher on the next weapon I'll post again
