Azyleo, I'm sure you remember whether it was Glorious Savior or Revenant Dogma (I think it was Savior) that had the option to "turn off" the animations in battles with weaker monsters, so you just see the result and can grind a lot faster. I want to mention in which game (or games) that is present in my review of Alphadia Genesis (which lacks this feature).

I found your post, Azyleo, about "Battle Shortcut" in Revenant Dogma. Thanks for posting that, so I'll use that in my review of Alphadia Genesis.

I'm pretty sure that's in both games as it's pretty standard for Exe Create. (Both Asdivine games also have the battle shortcut)

So it is... Maybe it's a new development? (Or maybe they only put it in certain games.)

Total aside - the pic on Kemco's Google Play page makes me want Astral Frontier VERY BADLY! :) Knowing nothing about the game, it looks like another Destiny Fantasia / Symphony of Eternity type (but, then, I should know better than to judge a game by its cover Lols)

Astral Frontier, looks more like EoI( Eclipse of Illusion ) than SotO.

Yes but I said SoE (which is for all intents and purposes the precursor to EoI and Destiny Fantasia - they're all essentially built on the same platform.)

I've watched the Astral Frontier clips on YouTube and wasn't moved to enthusiasm. Playing in portrait orientation and the viewing battles "first-person-ish" ...meh....

Honestly, I think I'm just too set in my ways....and cranky...I should change my handle to "Curmudgeon."

Then again, at least it's not another Elio, and looks like a real RPG. I'd probably get it if Kemco releases it in the U.S.

Okay I am saying it now, that the next game will be Ancient Phantasma ( Like Chrome Wolf ); do not give me Asdivine Cross Kemco.

Um... I didn't know you could find videos for their non-English games on Youtube...

Anyway I checked out this one real quick, and the portrait mode is a turn off, but the game itself looks like EoI, DF, SoE, etc.:

So, if it's ever released in English, I'll definitely give it a go.

Meanwhile I'm also hoping for Ancient Phantasma and/or Asdivine Cross (because the Asdivine games draw the largest crowds to the site...)
