Is there a ring or item that let's you have encounters with each step or at least ups the encounter rate?
grinding is so slow going without it...

It's from
sub quest 19, which
may be available as soon as you come back from the (past), but no sooner than that.
Personally I wouldn't even consider grinding until you have it.
(Up until the True End, real grinding isn't necessary, anyway. Just get one weapon with a high ATK and destroy everything.... meanwhile save the grinding for the Fairy Garden.)

I have sub quest 19 but I have no idea where to find the old guys house to get the book
Anyone remember where they found it?
