Weed Supplement and it's purpose

So yeah. I think I figured out what the Weed Supplement actually does besides that bonus scene with Jolie Curie. If you by chance manage to get 2 of them. Your ACP for every three battles increases from 1 ACP to 2 ACP. So this makes me wonder if any additional Weed Supplements make the ACP payout even more.

You get the first one on the first play through and you can get a second one on your New Game+ run. And if you don't give it to Jolie Curie in the Forgotten Village then it's possible that you could keep doing New Game+ and essentially get an infinite amount of Weed Supplement given enough time. I don't know if relinquishing the Weed Supplement negates the bonus.
