Major improvement in Delete Fossils

In Dios and Menace, you can only delete the effect in the furthest slot to the right, which made it difficult sometimes to get a weapon with just the effects you want.

Now, you can choose which effect to delete, by choosing from ANY slot! This is huge for customizing weapons!
