The fastest way I found to farm ability seeds was buying Coin from a girl in Forgotten Village. BUT before that you must buy the Coin jewel in IAP shop to double the coin you get. It's the fastest way. After buying, exchange it with Spd seed as much as possible, then exchange the Spd seeds with ability seeds in Makra ports from an old man. Repeat that. You can earn much gold in gold region area fast. If your party have weapons with 100% gold effects, it would be helpful.
