RPG Insanity

So I finally got Lucile in my party and noticed that she levels up in proportionate with the damage she receives. Is there a way to level her up faster and does the Experience Trunk have any effect on her?

I long forgot how she levels up, but if she really level ups when she's punished, play a sado/maso and whip her to her bones, and she surely will level up fast .

I remember there was a combo or a skill which made enemies aim at Lucille more often?
