What do you keep after NG+ ?

There are 2 thing that made me back off from playing this game for long time. Grinding all 224 Lucille skill and having to do NG+ to get true ending. Anyone can list what do you keep and what getting reset when doing NG+ ?

IIRC you get to keep everything except for quest items and modes of transportation.

Levels, parameters, Lucile skills, gear, consumables - all that is transferred into NG+.
