Tart

Tart is an energetic and kind-hearted young woman with a lively and straightforward personality. She believes and treats the energy beings, despite being tools of war, as "humans" just like everyone else. Despite being a war orphan, she prefers to act rather than dwell on problems. She is a member of an underground organization called the Alliance of Unified Peace DIVA, working as an operative for their cause to end the war. Tart is the main heroine of this story.

Fokker

Fokker is an adult man who is a member of the DIVA organization and a big brother figure to Tart. He is a mood maker and takes a protective role for Tart, who tends to rush into things.

Energi 1401 'Enah'

Enah is a combatant clone with the appearance of a young girl.

She is the first Cronia (a mass-produced clone) of Energi 0014, known as Luna, and created by the Luminere Alliance at the Year 970 Energi War of the Alphadian Calendar.  She resembles the appearance and traits of the double-numbers, specifically 0014. Though her emotions are made to be very weak, she occasionally speaks with a sharp tongue.

Meteor/Metia

Metia is a a composed and mature woman, unlike Tart, who is energetic.

She is a member of the same organization, DIVA.

Rafale/Rafael

Rafale is a young prodigy working as an Energi engineer for the Luminere Alliance, enhancing the Numbers to overwhelm other countries. His personality and behavior are still very much in line with his age; he is selfish and spoiled.

She is one of the remaining double-digit Energi clones created by the Luminere Alliance at the Year 970 Energi War of the Alphadian Calendar. She possesses a calm demeanor and has fought alongside Alphonse in many battles. Her ego has developed significantly compared to other Energi beings. Despite her original high intelligence, she struggles with her existence and place in the world. Luna is the original prototype of the 1400 kronia series, which includes 1401 and 1417.

Energi 0052 'Mirage'

MIrage is a combatant clone with the appearance of a young man with a menacing gaze.

He is one of the remaining double-digit Energi clones created by the Luminere Alliance during the Year 970 Energi War of the Alphadian Calendar. He has an aggressive personality and enjoys slaughter and flashy battles. Although he possesses abilities equal to Alphonse's, he is inferior due to a difference in mental strength, which prevents him from surpassing Alphonse in any aspect.

Jura

A beautiful woman in armor.

She is the leader of the Order of the Red Rose Knights of the Nordstrom Kingdom. She has a strong, commanding personality but is also gentle, earning the trust of her subordinates. 「Alphadia 3 — Prologue —」
We, Energi beings... What in the world is our existence?
All life in the world possesses a power called energi, and people harnessed it to live in peace.
A decades ago., a great war over the use of energi began, because of that, many nations perished, and countless lives were lost.
Then—Alphadian year 970.
The last three remaining forces.
The Schwarzschild Empire in the north, the Kingdom of Nordstrom ruling the eastern continent, and the Luminere Alliance in the east were about to begin their final battle.
The protagonist, Alphonse, is an energi combatant of the Luminere Alliance known as Energi 0011, one of the few remaining double number.
Throughout the war, his immature spirit began to be nurtured, and he started to question his own actions after meeting Tart, who came to inform him of the death of a fellow energi being comrade. From this encounter, his path to his 'humanity' began to unfold—the meaning of his existence.
And to find a way of living other than killing.

「Alphadia 3 — Chapter 1: Betreyal —」(A summarization of several blogs and infos)
Alphadian Year 970—End Stage of the Energi War.
The Luminere Alliance created Energi beings as weapons of mass destruction, using them to massacre enemy civilians.
Seft, one of the Energi beings made by the Alliance, begins to question the war after witnessing his comrade Mirage ruthlessly kill a small child whom he had intended to spare. Seft then finds a picture book the child created, depicting a world of peace. However, he is soon discovered and attempts to escape, but is hunted down and killed.
After hearing of Seft’s death, Alphonse talk with his comrade Luna, wondering why Seft had acted that way. Luna suggests that Alphonse might be starting to develop his own ego, just like Seft.
"Seft... why... why did you betray the unit... the homeland?" Alphonse questioned, staring at Seft's pod.

Before his death, Seft had helped a woman.
Seft entrusted Tart and her companion, Fokker, with the picture book from the child, asking them to deliver it to Alphonse.
Tart and Fokker infiltrate the facility where Alphonse is located, the West Research Institute.
Alphonse, Seft, Mirage, and Luna are part of an elite combat unit known as the Numbers. The Energi beings, who appear as normal enemies, seem to be clones from the Numbers series.

Tart finds herself surrounded by clones called Kronia but is soon confronted by Alphonse and Luna.
When Alphonse hears that she has Seft’s picture book, he decides to listen to what Tart has to say.
Luna tells Alphonse that Seft wanted him to carry on his will and bring about the peace depicted in the picture book.
Alphonse is confused, but just then, Mirage sees him and mistakenly believes he has betrayed them.
It turns out that Mirage has harbored a sense of rivalry toward Alphonse, and after challenging him to a fight, Alphonse manages to defeat him.
As a result of the events, Alphonse finds himself escaping with Tart and her comrade.
Luna, whether she was made to self-destruct or did so of her own volition, dies at the scene.
While attention is focused on Luna’s self-destruction, Alphonse and the others manage to escape the research institute.
It seems Alphonse also has the option to trigger a self-destruct within the facility, but a scientist named Dr. Rafale suddenly appears and orders him not to, for research purposes.
Dr. Rafale seems curious about how Alphonse managed to defeat Mirage, who was supposed to be his equal in strength.
Alphonse and the group head to Lant Village, where Tart’s base is located.
There, Alphonse learns that Tart and her comrade are part of the DIVA organization.
Although the DIVA members initially prepare to fight Alphonse when they learn he is an Energi being, Tart argues that the goal of DIVA is to create a world where all beings, including Energi beings, can live in peace, which convinces them to accept him.
Then, news arrives that the Nordstrom Kingdom is invading Luminere. Tart, Fokker and Alphonse set off to conduct Intel gathering.
"If war were to end, the purpose of my existence as a weapon would also be lost..." he says to them before leaving the town.
There is no victors nor losers in war.. only casualties it left…
