Weapon Farming?
So like most of you I have played most of the kemco games, and almost all of them as a free player at that. Unlike the other games similar to this one where weapon Farming for upgradws/skills can be done relatively low difficulty, I am having a nightmare of a time trying to find weapons for algamation in this game, particularly for my desired skills. Anyone have some tips on where/how to farm weapons in this game? Thanks, I appreciate your input.
If memory serves, the key to getting more weapon drops is the Ultra-rare Drop Gem(s) and Thief Gem(s) don't hurt either. I think I got both kinds pretty early on in the game from boulders. I spent a lot of time farming for weapons in the tower near Spinel(?) Port.
Also helpful is the Attract Gem (from the arena coin exchange,,,maybe...usually). Oh, and if you equip your characters with the Ultra-Rare and Thief (2 of item dropped) gems plus one character with an Attract Gem AND use the battle shortcut option in the settings, you can amass a lot of weapons quickly.
A little vague, but hope that helps a bit!

It's true you can get the ultra-rare gems on the top floor from the dragons, but I try to get them earlier from boulders. And according to Searnox's treasure list, there's a thief gem in a chest at Amethyst Port. But thief gems can also be found in boulders. If you'v got rock gems(s), equip those to increase the chance a boulder will appear in battle.

I particularly think that Ultra Rare Drop Gem (I got mine on Refining) + Thief Gem (I think you can get this in a relatively low-level dungeon chest, or if not it's available on the Maid Coins shop) is the best way. If you're finding a good free weapon however, the ones at the end of Tower Rancor is so far the best imo.
My strat (recommended that your level should be high, at least Lv100, or at least you have a Lv99 Damage/Offense skill) is that I equip Safira (who has the highest INT on my party) with Accelerate Gem + Thief Gem + Ultra Rare Drop Gem (3rd acce unlocked for all characters, which is honestly VERY crucial.) and spam any All-target Magic (Lv99 Fire-Ele skill is recommended if you don't have any Ancient Magic). Farm enemies in the individual islands on the map (i.e. the Gold island, the island on the far upper-right corner of the map where Jade can break a rock), most enemies tend to drop Forget weapons and on rare occasions they actually have a 100 {Efrect} on them.
