Dear me this is just my question
1.is that possibility for us who play this game to get a IAP item from harvest?
2.or maybe some island who have a great monster will drop ultra rare gem?
3.what about that reachable island I wonder them have good monster?

I don't recall any special drops from any of the island monsters. There are clinkers and "gold" monsters, and then all the others, but none of them have any extraordinary drops.

Sure thing,sigh*i hope next at next game fairy elements will have the monster who drop extraordinary drop

As far as I remember after extensive trials after exploring various islands, The Tower of Rancor and equipped full Solid / Box / Rock + Ultra-rare Drop / Treasure Gems, no extraordinary drops were obtained.

The best drop was Healing Gem. I had 4 Healing Gem drops after all the effort from breaking Rocks.
It's not available in the Premium Shop nor in Arena's Exchange. You can only obtain 1 Healing Gem from a Treasure Chest.
You need to equip Ultra-rare Drop Gem(s) + plenty of luck to get a drop from breaking rocks.

Note: Healing Gem's multiplier is stacked on top of
1) Your weapon's HP Regen and MP Regen rate
2) Your Healing Magic / Skills
3) HP and MP recovery potions

Example:

Character Stats
Max HP = 10,000
Max MP = 5,000

Weapon Effects
HP Regen = 30%
MP Regen = 30%

Healing Gem effect
1 Healing Gem = 1.5x,
2 Healing Gems = 2x

Without Healing Gem:
HP Regen = 30% x 10,000 = 3,000 HP
MP Regen = 30% x 5,000 = 1,500 MP

With 1 Healing Gem
HP Regen = 1.5 x 30% x 10,000 = 4,500 HP
MP Regen = 1.5 x 30% x 5,000 = 2,250 MP

Hmm, are you got some goodies from harvest?

I've posted this already somewhere but harvested a yggdrasil before. It's a weapon for the cat, with 20% str up effect and 100 base atk.

ultra rare gem is obtainable as a drop from a dragon..forgot whr i gt, but i gt around 6 in my storage now

I got this out of a clinker type box in Tower of Rancor so its possible you can get other special weapons from it but I'd assume its extremely rare.
