I recently saw that some achievements are shown either without any progress or as Unavailable Achievements. After defeating Dr. Insano 3 times I didn't get the Achievement for it as it stayed at 0% but I got *Unavailable* Achievement "Bring back 3 Dwarves" when I saw Judas Body missing.
