RPG Insanity

It's a Dungeon Crawler RPG, I spent 30 minutes on it so far so my opinion may change.



So far it's the first game (from the developers) with actual story that is not google-translated, so that's an improvement. At the beginning you create a Hero/Heroine and choose her Class. Game then gets a bit interesting as you have to hire other players (I think, but there may be some fakes made by devs to ensure everyone can hire heroes to the team, not confirmed.) who registered to the game to do.. dungeon crawling.

Dungeons (so far I cleared one "Floor or basement" idk) require opening up walls using keys (first floor). It seems nice so far although I'd want to see if there are new sceneries, things inside to do etc.

In Town you can rest in Inn (fully hesls your team), hire them at Pub, buy equipment and rare things like Seeds (For now idk how to farm rare currency (Gems).



If you want to play it, speed up all things that can be faster in settings immediately when you can. Faster game is better on top of the fact you can click on dungeon map to force your hero to run like Usain Bolt to it, fighting enemies.) You still have to click to close end battle screen for some reason.



The biggest downside is highest Difficulty is not worth the trouble (note that I didn't have much more difficulty with enemies on highest Difficulty yet but rewards are +0 exp early on..

Update: I noticed this just now. Any Hero with "Otherworlder" is a player.

Update (after 8h into the game):

Each Job has a few passive buffs that are shared by all jobs (most notably, Stat Increase and select few spells).

I've unlocked all jobs and after you meet the criteria you will unlock a Guild Quest to beat an enemy using specific hero job by yourself.

You need either level 15 or 30 in all classes the guild quest says (screenshots below) to unlock the quest.




 

 

That moment the game denies you a third fight against one boss just to introduce a random one ?

After progressing up to B32F, I can say there's nothing interesting to see other than "Find all treasure, mix weapons if you find one, exit up and set a Teleport." between B18F and B30F. B1F-B17F were interesting as it had areas you need keys for. B@7F is the locking point where you need B10F Boss key to progress further.

I will keep on climbing that "Dungeon Tower" to see if it's changed or not. Also, once I find a missing person for a quest (haven't found yet) will post it as that one quest has no helpful signs.

Heroine stats (She's named after my niece's character she drew a few months ago per her request:


Hired Heroes can have up to your Highest Job Level as their own level and can potentially be levelled up, although I prefer re,-hiring them every few levels instead. They gain no exp from fights.

Game gets updates more often than I post here ?

Progression Update:

B40F turned me into a Spartan as I had to open dozens of Pandora Boxes.

B50F (or B60F) was the place I grinded to level 99 thanks to former bosses giving 80k per fight and they respawned infinitely.



B80F has a "You shall not pass" sign

 

B82F: One quest is completely missable and just found out after multiple hours of Dungeon Crawling and failing the task. Be warned and do it immediately after you are allowed to.

Game has been completed! It seems it's first game with Break Level Cap Item, so far max level obtainable may be 299 until new updates come, but that'll be a long time to actually get that level i think. + There are 12 jobs or so in total.. Mission (Im)possible.
