RPG Insanity

By "strategy RPG" I mean something in the vein of Final Fantasy Tactics: multiple jobs, unique characters, isometric or grid-like field gameplay and a good storyline. With hopefully no bad translations or dialogue problems.

Does anyone have any games I can check out at Google Play that fit all this criteria?

I won't go with Legna Tactica. The $8 price tag and the numerous bad reviews on its page leaves me pretty leery to try that one.

I have also finished "The First Tactics." That one had about the worst Korean to English translations I've ever seen (and I have played quite a few games originally developed by Koreans), but at least the gameplay was functional, and I had already finished the main quest for that game. Sadly, that one had little post-game content to keep me from uninstalling once I got to the end.

Oh, and I would prefer something not TOO graphic intensive or something that occupies more than 1GB or space. For reference, I only have a 8 GB-sized drive space on my tablet with 1 GB of memory, on Android 4.2.2 and on a quad core 1.2GHz processor.

I won't mind games that are premium, just so long as the cost remains under $10 and fits all of my above specifications.

I don't do SRPGs; so, I have no input on the quality of Legna Tactica, but you can get it for free on Amazon Underground. In-app purchases are supposed to be free too.

I played Lionheart Tactics awhile back and got maybe 20 hours of fun before you had to do IAP to keep growing your characters. I think it's a Kongregate game?

The other strategy game (non-RPG) that I found interesting was something like "Great Little War Game." Not exactly sure of the title but I'll try to confirm tomorrow. You play army men in a turn-based grid type system, but it was a bit too complicated for me. :whistle:

Legna Tactica is decent actually. There are quite a bit of Tactical games that i like. Some of these games costs more than $10. i recommend to put it on a wishlist and buy it when it's on a sale.

The Banner Saga - the steam version is amazing, dunno about the mobile version.
Call of Cthulhu - a bit buggy on my device
Spectral/Blazing Souls - a bit repetitive but still fun, need lower specs than agarest.
Generations of chaos - this is like monopoly x Langrisser,
Record of Agarest War - the 1st game is one of my favorite

Battle for wesnoth - King's bounty kind of game minus the rpg element.
Antisquad Tactics - Free version with ads or premium with no ads.

One more personal + for Legna Tactica. I've played about ~20 Kemco games and Legna Tactica is my favourite.
The other Kemco srpg I've found here is Legend of Ixtona. From the first view it seems weak, but like most srpgs it builds up into pretty solid game with the story progress.
