Probably a japanese publisher like Kemco. Their Crest series is amazing btw. Played it once back in 2012 on a friend's phone. It's miles better than Kemco's releases back then. Sadly only in japanese.

IMO the two Crests have bad plots. I didn't like the crest/spell systems or the high encounter rates. I played a translated version and I am sure it is not translation's fault - Trinity Crest to Eternal Crest, every characters are paper-thin cliches (good designs tho) and the plot is rushing to fill in cliches.

Trinity Crest start off with amnesiac protag and his mercenary friend rescuing the mysterious Luna and by the first town she is already falling head over heels for our boi and they barely talked before that... Even Kemco's games (WWS and Exe and Magitec) has the decency to add some quirks to the characters!

It is only in simplified Chinese tho, if you can't navigate the page there isn't a point to getting the translated packages.
